Q: How do I get in touch with support?
I've put a review asking for support, I've contacted your support page 3x and still no response.

Did you ever get a response on this question? I get a 404 error every time I try to run a report or review a previous report. This was a great tool, until it stopped working and seems to no longer have any support for it.
