Appsumo hasn't been serious; they haven't sent any emails or informed the customers who purchased the app. For my part, I feel cheated and scammed. I invest a lot in this platform, and I find the short refund time and lack of notification on their part very unfortunate. In fact, if they were a serious company, they should have issued a refund and notified me of what was happening.
It's been one of the apps I've used the most, but I haven't used it in recent months due to the number of connection issues. I thought it was a temporary issue, especially since Appsumo doesn't inform customers who purchased multiple tiers.
I hope Appsumo contacts me and gives me a solution, because otherwise, I think I'll start to doubt this platform. The problem wasn't mine, but APP's. I assume they didn't notify me properly so I could provide a solution.
I'm bringing this up here , many of us have been affected by the shutdown of this app. I’d like to raise the possibility of taking joint legal action against them, as well as against the AppSumo platform, which has been complicit in this deception.
If they don’t stand behind us, who will? They stop being a trustworthy platform...
What happens if you missed the deadline to request a refund? I went to add this to a new purchase and it was not working. There is a note that says I would have had to send a request by 1/30/25!!
You can't refund anymore sadly, I think you only have 1 year's worth of time to request a refund/contact support if the platform shuts down. Maybe you can try contacting support and see what they can do for you :(
Q: Would pay for a subscription fee
I absolutely love Sessions! Unfortunately, I have to use alternative solutions that don’t even come close to its quality. Even though I already paid for the highest tier, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay a monthly subscription for it if it comes back online. It’s the best software I’ve come across in years!

I dont just invest cash but have good team supporting my portfolio to fix problems, and help them grow.
