Q: A slight weakness in your business model is the CNAME and white labelling we all love, since compared with Zoom, it's less viral for you.

I REALLY want you to succeed and for my Tier 5 to be super valuable over the long term. :)
So can I suggest that you give people free upgrades the more sessions with new guests they have with full Sessions branding? eg. have 50 sessions with people outside your organisation and gain an extra team member account for a year.
