Appsumo hasn't been serious; they haven't sent any emails or informed the customers who purchased the app. For my part, I feel cheated and scammed. I invest a lot in this platform, and I find the short refund time and lack of notification on their part very unfortunate. In fact, if they were a serious company, they should have issued a refund and notified me of what was happening. If they don’t stand behind us, who will? They stop being a trustworthy platform...
What happens if you missed the deadline to request a refund? I went to add this to a new purchase and it was not working. There is a note that says I would have had to send a request by 1/30/25!!
I absolutely love Sessions! Unfortunately, I have to use alternative solutions that don’t even come close to its quality. Even though I already paid for the highest tier, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay a monthly subscription for it if it comes back online. It’s the best software I’ve come across in years!
