I run webinars and workshops and would like to see if sessions would be a suitable alternative. Regarding the participants per session. Does it count participants based on event registrations or based on the number of people that actually enter the room live.

For example I tend to have 500 registrants but only love attendees... Which tier would I need for this capacity?
