Q: I am purhasing today.
Tier 2 or 3.
My questions are;
1. If I go with tier 2 then need more , how much is it likely to cost to upgrade? Would I be given the option to pay the difference ($110) to upgrade to tier 3?
2. I will probably automate via zapier to say when a new booking is made this makes a new contact in my relatable crm. Is this able to happen per account eg. someone makes a booking with one of my team, it can link the booking page specifically to their CRM?
Would I need 'web hooks' for this or are these only for custom APIs?

2. yes, but you need webhooks (which means you need Tier 3)

1. I cannot see where to edit/create a custom reminder for the bookings?
2. With multiple accounts, is this done via the workspace invites?
3. How do permissions work? Are there different levels per user, so they can only see their own entries or is it just subject to workspace invites/ the 3 pre determined permission levels
