Q: I link the calendar with my Google calendar.
If your calendar schedule shows when you have meetings available to be booked, it does not take into account conflicts with existing Google calendar entries when someone makes a booking... it would be great if the availability automatically showed not available.

If you link the Sessions calendar with your Google calendar, the booking page will take into consideration the availability for the events from your Google Calendar where you have RSVP Yes/Maybe .
If you have a shared calendar within your primary Google calendar, on the booking page, you can check and take into consideration events from shared calendars. The booking will take into consideration the events from shared calendars where the RSVP is Yes/Maybe.
