I am not a fan of purchasing a LTD for > $100 just to be placed in ad-tier. I'm glad I didn't go through with this one.

Unfortunately, I do intend to return this. With Tier 2 and a 500 document limit, the cost per document is about $0.50 at full usage. This value is something I struggled with, and communicated to support, which never fully addressed this issue. The free tier offers a max document limit of +80k (2G/25M). This is a limit that feels easier to share files using this service, if you primarily intend to share small < 25M files.
Investing in a higher cost LTD should not incur significant limitations over the free tier like this.

I'm leaving the review at 5 stars, because my issue is not with the product itself, but with this limitation that incentives me to limit my usage of it.

That being said, this is a great piece of software that balances the extremes of "can view" and "cannot view" a document, and deserves the positive reviews it has gained by other posters. If the document limit does not impose an issue for you, I encourage getting this (when/if available again).
