Jul 21, 2025A: 1. Yes, you can use OpenAI through OpenRouter (along with every other model available)
2. I'd recommend Perplexity (Sonar) or gpt-4o-search-preview
Both of those have access to being able to do real-time search, which is probably the best way to do that with AI. Perplexity Sonar would probably be a little bit cheaper
3. Yes, most likely. See #2.
4. You just pay for API costs. Depending on the model you use, it may cost pennies to do your task or if you use a more advanced model probably cost a bit more. Tier 3 allows you to use all of our features and any model without limitations. I'd recommend that.
