As new models of GPT roll out from OpenAI, those will also be included if you purchase plan 3 or higher (i.e. if OpenAI comes out with GPT-5, you would have access)
While specifics are undisclosed, our primary focus is product enhancement. We intend to integrate GPT-5 advancements to continually elevate our solutions, delivering cutting-edge performance for our users.

It just depends what OpenAI ends up doing. If GPT-4 becomes the norm and GPT3.5 becomes obsolete then we'll make tier 1 have GPT-4. It's impossible to know what OpenAI is going to do so giving a clear answer is not possible right now. For GPT-5, we're planning on only including that in plan 3 or higher.
