Q: Getting hallucnations using the same prompt and model in sheets, vs the correct answer in OpenAI.
I have my API keys hooked up, on T3.
In OpenAI I use the prompt: Provide the item name ONLY for UPC 0195570015889 and it answers only: Arcade1Up NFL Blitz 4-Player Arcade Cabinet
In Sheet magic, I have the APIkey enabled, 4o model selected, and I get a different (incorrect) answer each time, never JUST the product name (answer: The UPC 0195570015889 corresponds to "Ferrero Rocher Fine Hazelnut Chocolates."). It often is different answers related to housewares. Sometimes it simply returns It doesn't have access to the web.
I went through the documentation and am under the impression this task on T3 with my own API key and credits should be doable. Can you let me know if that's not the case?

Jul 21, 2025A: It's doable, but the regular GPT 4o model doesn't have access to the internet via API like ChatGPT does.
You'll need to use the model gpt-4o-mini-search-preview or gpt-4o-search-preview or you could try using Perplexity Sonar in order to do this task
