Q: Hi Curran, SheetMagic does sound like magic!
I will explain my use case and have a few questions on which I need to understand if SheetMagic will work for my use case.
1) Will this tool help me organize the data? For example, if I ask AI to reorder rows and/or columns to present the data differently, will it work?
2) I want to create shareable workbooks that will have either templates or calculators with protected fields and editable fields to input the data. These shareable sheets will be within my single Google workspace but I intend to share with my prospects as lead magnets. Will SheetMagic allow unlimited sharing as long as the sheet is in a single Google Workspace? Which Tier will be suitable for this use case? Tier 3 says unlimited sharing with team and clients but I want to share with prospective clients. There is one big difference though. Lead Magnets are usually used only a few times and then forgotten. I am also thinking of limiting the AI access to a certain number of days which means the prospect will be able to use the template but AI functionality will be withdrawn.
3) I want to obviously integrate my own API key, however, I want to limit the use of API key to intended use only which is data analysis. What's the best way to limit the use of API key. I assume it will be through my account with the API provider? or are there settings within SheetMagic where I can limit this?

2. You're not supposed to share with people who don't have a customer-relationship with you. Maybe there is a way to do what you're trying to do without sharing the SheetMagic license? Not sure
3. Ya, create keys in OpenAI and you can do all the limiting there.
