Q: Hi there!
I tried to find out the responses to the following questions going through the existing Q&As and Reviews...
If I missed them, feel free to link me to the existing response. If not, many thanks in advance for your replies.
Here we go:
1) Soon there will be an update, where sheets won't have to be copied, but on the contrary, the add on will be able to be installed in any existing sheet?
2) Is it or will it be possible to create a function where: selected cells are scanned for keywords and then be aggregated into a description? EG. Product description or general listing description?
3) A function where a cell/column is translated into another fixed column? EG. Input source columns are selected and translated into destination columns?
4) User management will be improved?
5) How precise is its scraping functionality?
6) Is there a prompt/function library that gives us better idea of all that can be achieved with Sheet? (Beyond the couple of functions in the documentation).
Looking forward to your response!

7) What is the row limit, where SheetMagic will start to underperform, due do GoogleSheets server limitations? Has it been tested on 10000 rows?
Hi Sumoling-brandz,
In the near future, we are working on releasing an official extension by Google, that will allow you to use sheetMagic on any sheet using our extension.
Creating a function to scan and aggregate cells based on keywords is a possibility, we will consider it.
We do not have a specific function for it right now but we will consider it.
User management will be improved in future updates.
Different scraping functions are provided for specific content targeting on a webpage. The scraping functionality's precision may vary based on the website structure.
Currently, SheetMagic includes a prompt library with over 50 prompts, and as for functions, there are 15 functions in total, 6 AI functions, and 9 scraping functions.
I have not yet tested such amount of data however SheetMagic's performance may depend on Google Sheets' server limitations and needs testing on 10,000 rows to determine.
Best
