Q: How long does it usually take you to answer a support request?
I've been waiting for two days for an answer to the problem that simply nothing works in my Google sheet, using the model it uses, and even putting my OpenAI API KEY. I think you need to improve the support system, with something that has a ticket or case number, and the possibility to do some follow up. Thanks!

I just resent the message - hopefully you get it. Also pasted below:
The issue is probably because there are a lot of quotation marks in the cell. These will cause issues with formulas because you use quotation marks in the =ai("PROMPT") formula so it will think you keep trying to end the prompt.
If you try the option in Safe Mode and enable the advanced setting "Replace Formula", does it work?
