Q: I purchased your plugin, loved it initially, and now it seems like a horror story.
Before leaving a review or refund - I would like to know if you have a solution to the issues:
1. When opening the sidebar and changing the values, the plugin never saves it. It is always loading to save, and the values that I want to add do not get saved. I tried to enable the safe mode, but have not been able to do that since day 1.
2. The tool throws an error 75% of the time, even if the input is very small. Something has changed in the tool, as I see this as a way to force users to accept your upsell to GPT 4. How can I prevent this?
3. The plugin has had degraded performance in the lat 2 weeks.
4. If Open AI stops GPT 3.5 will the plugin stop working for the users who got it on tier 1 or 2?
Lastly, for a few days your plugin also disappeared from the Google add-on. Is that usual?

Aug 7, 2024A: Hi, most of these were caused by a bug that was accidentally published in the last deployment, but has now been fixed.
1. Can you send us a screenshot or video of this to support@sheetmagic.ai? We cannot replicate this issue you're seeing, but would like to get the issue fixed for you. Before screenshotting or shooting vide, please right click on the sidebar, click inspect, and navigate to the console (this will help us debug it and see any errors)
2. We published a new update earlier today - our previous update was causing some slowness (which caused errors) due to a piece of code we added, but we just updated it and got rid of that so it should be back to normal now.
3. Was not 2 weeks and was actually just a bit over a day and was caused by the same issue as mentioned in #2, but has been fixed.
4. We're planning to replace GPT 3.5 Turbo with GPT 4o Mini soon, waiting on AppSumo currently though to approve this change along with some other changes to our packages.
