Q: Just bought, already an issue, how to fix ?
Just bought Sheetmagic. I followed your video. Made a copy of the sheet, installed the extension, went to extensions > sheetmagic > no options availble here like in the video. The only option I see is "help". How do I fix that ?

Nov 29, 2025A: Hey sorry this issue came up. There was a recent deployment that I made that likely caused issues for new users (user's who haven't authorized with Google yet). I've deployed a patch already which hopefully solves the issue on your end.
Please create a new Google sheet, clear your browser cache, and try again. You can always reach me at phil@sheetmagic.ai if you have any more questions
