Q: OpenAI Compatible Endpoints

More a feasibility question than anything.
Is there any hard technical constraints that would prevent extending compatibility via Apps Script with other OpenAI compatible API's?

You mentioned that we get credits that renew monthly, but nowhere does it mention how many credits are included with each tier. Also, other than maybe credit amount, is the only difference between the tiers now the number of licenses? And it's only tier 5 that allows for client licenses? Lastly ... is there an interface for us to manage client licenses, and is each client account essentially it's own account with the ability to add their own keys, etc.? Thanks!
