A: A user is someone in your organization who can use the tool. Each person can use their own OpenAI API key.

Currently it is just a license, but soon it will be required each user puts in a license key and be validated within your account in order to use SheetMagic and you'll be able to add & remove different users from your account.

If you want a lot of users I'd recommend getting the unlimited license now since we will be updating the codes soon on AppSumo and potentially getting rid of the unlimited user option for new customers.
