I try to avoid writing negative reviews. I will write negative reviews if I feel a platform has wasted a considerable amount of my time, and this is one of those. I purchased the product in good faith, thinking I would use Google Sheets more. When this product had so many good reviews, I thought it must be good.
I activated it and then tried to use the license key they gave me, taking screenshots of everything. No matter how many times I used that license key on my extension or on Google Sheets, it would not work.

I read all the instructions and followed them, but the license key was not accepted. In the end, I spent way too much time trying to get the product to work and learning to use it.

For a product that is supposed to save time, it wasn’t worth it for me. I’m better off asking Google Gemini or Claude for help if I need assistance with Google Sheets. I’m not an SEO person, so web scraping and those other SEO related features were never the reason for my purchase.

The product has strong potential, but its interface could use some tweaks to enhance the user experience. For example, it’s easy to accidentally burn through API credits, which can cost a few dollars—or more—in a flash. I once spent a few bucks just opening a file, so clearer settings would help avoid these surprises and make usage more predictable. The add-on activation process is another hiccup, often taking half a day or even a full day to start, which can slow things down.

Adding live support would be a game-changer for resolving issues quickly. The requirement to upgrade to Tier 3 for Open Router feels restrictive, and easing this could make the product more accessible.

On the plus side, it handles large datasets like a champ, which is a huge win! Streamlining add-on activation and improving cost transparency could take this tool to the next level. I’ve just passed the 60-day refund period and am wondering if a refund is still possible. Keep up the great work—I’m excited to see how this product grows!

*I hope you’re not like other products that completely stop development and stop responding to emails after 61 days.

I spent money on the App Sumo deal and then had to spend another $79 after the fact because it "supports ChatGPT 4 but not out of the box. I have had nothing but issues and no response from customer support. My license has to be added every single time I load a cell, my API keys keep blanking out and I have zero other extensions installed because I wanted to see if there was a conflict. I emailed for a refund and heard nothing for days, then I thought it was working so emailed days later to say I think it's fixed, but now it's broken again so a third email with no response so far, a week later.
