The first issue started with not being able to apply the API Key. It wasn't a billing issue or not having an Open AI account setup for the API key, as I have many Keys issued for other products and they all get added and work fine. I reached out to their support and was told, "Unfortunately this is an issue we're still trying to figure out because it only happens on rare occasions and we are still figuring out the underlying issue that is causing it. It only happens rarely so it's quite hard to replicate to figure out what the actual issue is.". How is that at all helpful? They also told me to ensure I don't have other Google accounts logged in, as that might be the issue. Not helpful and something they should rectify as many business owners use Google Workspace and have personal Gmail accounts and therefore are logged into multiple Google accounts often. So, it still wasn't working after logging out of all accounts, also tried it in different browsers with only one account logged with no luck. I finally was able to get it to work in InCognito mode in Chrome.

The next issue is they are super misleading on the user licenses. I bought 3 codes to get 15 separate users. I asked them how to add users, as I didn't see the option anywhere. "To add users to your account, you can share the Google Sheet itself with the allotted number of people that your license states on the actual Google Sheet. You will technically be the owner of the account and can manage the users by sharing the sheet with them." Not cool at all. Can't just add users. You have to have access to all their stuff and share a sheet with them and they then get access to what you are working on. This is not separate users, this is just sharing their copied sheet. Which brings me to another problem with this deal.

You can't just use this in any sheet. You have to open a sheet they have and copy it. You are then just working off a sheet that they have some code written into the appscript and it's not an installable extension like most other Sheets tools for AI.

Not happy with this deal at all. These guys don't even reply when I tell them that this is misleading regarding users and that having to copy their sheets to use it is pure nonsense. Definitely refunding this just because of the lack of response.
