Big update just dropped — this is probably our biggest one yet. Here's everything that's new:

⚡ SAI Commands & Custom Commands Now Run in the Background

This is a game-changer.

#1 — No more keeping SheetXAI open. After opening SheetXAI in a spreadsheet, you don't need to keep it open to run your SAI commands and custom commands. Just don't edit the cell while it's processing.

#2 — Integrations run in the background. Run something like Apify, close SheetXAI, go do your thing. When it's done, your sheet is automatically created and populated. We'll even email you when it's complete.

#3 — No more SAI rerunning errors. You're no longer limited to 30 seconds. The output is automatically converted to static text — no more needing to "make ranges static."

#4 — Run SAI prompts from your phone. Since everything runs in the background, you can type your SAI prompts from your phone and it just works 🔥

🔧 System Overhaul — Faster, Stronger, More Secure

We completely rebuilt the system under the hood:

For Excel users, You may be asked to sign in again — sorry about that! We upgraded our security infrastructure to make sure everything is airtight. It's a one-time thing. This will fix the consistent sign in request on reboot.

Significantly faster — operations that used to lag should feel noticeably snappier.

Better reliability — the system handles more load, recovers faster, and performs more consistently.

📰 New Integration: Ghost (Blog Publishing)

Publish blog posts and pages directly from your spreadsheet. Create, bulk create, update existing posts, and import posts from Ghost into a sheet. Multi-site support included.

📱 New Integration: Late (Social Media Scheduling)

Post to 13+ social media platforms — Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more — all from your spreadsheet. Create, schedule, bulk post, and import your post history.

🛒 WooCommerce Expanded

WooCommerce was create-only before. Now you can also import products and update existing products with full filtering. It's faster too — we switched to direct API calls.

🤖 LLM Gateway — 30+ AI Models, One API Key

Access GPT-5, Claude 4.x, Gemini 3.x, DeepSeek, Grok, Perplexity, and 25+ more models through a single API key. Available on the LTD plan.

The update I dropped today in SheetXAI Google Sheets was a complete platform replacement that not only significantly speeds up SheetXAI's loading time — it completely changes how we process things.

#1 — No more keeping SheetXAI open. After opening SheetXAI in a spreadsheet, you DO NOT need to keep it open to run your custom commands and SAI commands. The message that used to say "keep SheetXAI open" now says "you can close SheetXAI, just don't edit this cell."

#2 — Integrations run in the background. That also means when you run integrations like Apify, you don't need to wait around either. Close SheetXAI, go do your thing, and when it's done, our system will automatically create the sheet and populate everything. Come back whenever you're ready — we'll even email you when it's complete.

#3 — No more SAI rerunning errors. When you run a SAI command or SAI formula, you're no longer limited to 30 seconds. Our system is the one performing the request and writing to the sheet. The output is automatically converted to static text — no more needing to "make ranges static" or any of that.

We are slowly entering N8N territory, and we don't plan to stop. This is only the beginning!!!

I'll be making a proper update video and post soon, but I just had to share this with you all because I'm SOOO excited. Updates coming to Excel tonight. Then the Chrome extension is going to be underway too (will push us into full automation, bypass Google's limits, and even include a hexofy-like scraper).

Excel Issue

Many users have informed us about the Excel version having issues editing the right cells etc. We are aware and have already started working on it. Once we roll out the features today, there should be a massive improvement and a few days later there should be an even bigger improvement as we make more updates.

If you just bought and had issues, please do not refund, and instead email me immediately with any issues so that we know what cases to handle. As many would tell you, I am super responsive, so feel free to email me and let me assist you.

If your issue isn't resolved after we push this update and help you out, feel free to refund, but I won't want you missing out on owning SheetXAI for lifeee because of a minor bug.
