Try going to sheetxai.com and click "Try For Free" and then click Excel. Let me know if it lets you install the add-in without being logged into an MS account.
Excel add-ins are typically installed through AppSource, which usually requires some level of Microsoft account authentication, but I'm honestly not 100% sure if it works without one. Give it a shot and let me know what happens - if it doesn't work, we can figure out a solution together!

Ouch, ok, I will look into how and if sideloading is even possible without exposing my code. If I find a solution I will let you know, BUT you can use our Google Sheets version still, it works wonders.

Google Sheets actually has the full feature set including all integrations (WordPress, lead gen, web scraping, etc.), so you're not missing out on functionality. The Excel version is streamlined for core spreadsheet operations anyway.
I'll keep you posted if we find a workaround for Excel without an MS account!
