Q: Can a 'customgpt' Function possible here in Sheets?

I would like to know, along with the system prompt, if we can put knowledge files. The system prompt will use those knowledge files to create some output. This is commonly done in most of the AI tools where system prompts require some knowledge files as well.

Please let me know. I want to buy this as early as possible.

A: Hey there 👋!

Yes, you can use custom system prompts! Check out this video to see it in action: https://youtu.be/P_Q1kic4wuU

However, we don't have knowledge files functionality. What you can do is send your system prompt and knowledge content to ChatGPT and ask it to combine them into a single system prompt that includes both the instructions and the info from your knowledge files. Then use that system prompt in SheetXAi

One thing to clarify though - the part that allows custom system prompts is the content generation part (SAI commands), which works differently than a CustomGPT chatbot. It's more like creating AI columns for specific tasks.

For example, you could set up an AI agent where column A has topics and column B automatically creates corresponding Twitter posts based on your custom system prompt. But it's not a chatting type of thing where you have a back-and-forth conversation - it's input-output operations where you feed data into column A and get generated results in column B.

The chatbot part of SheetXAI is separate - that's an AI agent that works as a sheets assistant to help you with spreadsheet operations directly. It wouldn't really benefit from knowledge files since it's designed to manipulate and work with your actual sheet data.

Idk if that clarified it or made it even more confusing lol. What would help is if you told me a bit more about what type of CustomGPT you would ideally be making - like what's your use case? That way I can tell you exactly how SheetXAI could handle it or if there's a workaround that would work for you.

Let me know if you have other questions! 🙂

Thank you for your comment, and I got you what you meant to. I am making many custom GPTs. It is difficult to explain this in few words here it would be nice to have a zoom or Google meet.
