Great question! There are no restrictions on who can use the licenses. They don't have to be within the same company or organization - you can distribute them to anyone you want.

Each license = 1 email = 1 person, and each person gets their own independent access with their own API keys, settings, and configurations. You could use some licenses yourself, give some to team members, give them to clients, share with contractors - whatever works for your needs.

Although I typically don't recommend reselling the seats (since you'd need to manage credits and support for everyone), you absolutely can give them to whoever you want. Just know that if you're distributing licenses to clients or other people, you'll likely need to help them with setup and manage their credit purchases through your account.

The only thing to note is that the account owner (whoever purchases the AppSumo deal) manages all the license seats and can see which emails are assigned. But the actual users just log in with their assigned email and use SheetXAI independently.

So yeah, no restrictions on WHO uses them. You have full flexibility to distribute those licenses however you want.
