Q: ok 2 new questions mapping

Thanks for your patience David. Can it easily remap ? For example I receive a spreadsheet but the columns need to be remapped to fit my crm... would that be an easy task? Second, I get say 300 pdf's of client data... could they be scanned as a group and a spreadsheet created? Thanks again.

A: Hey heather281 👋!

Thanks for your patience! Let me answer both:

Remapping would be super easy as long as you can tell it clearly the order. You'd basically just tell the chatbot something like "move column A to column C, rename column B to 'Customer Name', reorder these columns to match my CRM format" and it handles it. Works great for standardizing data formats.

For the second one with 300 PDFs, it's a bit harder. But it entirely depends on what the PDFs look like and what the end goal would be. Are they invoices? Forms? Reports? And what data are you trying to extract into the spreadsheet?

I'd say try it out, also we have an advanced pdf input system drooping (should be in the next 24-48 hours), and if you notice it's not working perfectly for your use case, I'd love to build around it and make it work better for you. Sometimes these bulk document processing tasks need some fine-tuning based on the specific format.

Let me know if you have other questions! 🙂

The pdfs are client responses and can vary a bit in appearance. Typically they have name, address, lender and loan amount, age and gender but they can vary in the order they appear, whether they are handwritten or typed etc

what tier do I need for these?

Hey heather281 👋!

I see, so here is what I'm picturing - let me know if I got this right:

You have 300 clients who each filled out their own PDF.

You have a table with columns like name, email, age, gender, loan amount, lender, etc.

Normally you would go through each PDF and manually type the value for each of those fields, yeah?

BUT ideally you will upload a PDF per row, and the AI will fill in the name, address, lender, loan amount, age, gender, etc. for each PDF. Correct?

If that's the workflow, then yes, SheetXAI can do that!

With the advanced PDF input system dropping in the next 24-48 hours, this will work even better. You'd basically have column A with PDF links (or upload PDFs), and then use SAI commands to extract the data from each PDF into the corresponding columns.

For your tier question - it's Tier 2 to access PDF uploads and all forms of row by row document and content generation processing. Tier 1 doesn't include these features.

Thank you. Once I start creating, I'll likely reach out to you to create the sheet with the pdfs. These are separate activities. I get spreadsheets that need to remapped. Additionally I have pdfs that need to be made into a spreadsheet. I think this will be an excellent solution. Thank you. I'll be ordering tier 2.

Thank you! Remapping is super easy, and for PDF to spreadsheets, that's also very easy. Just reach out whenever and I will help with that.

Excited to have you on Tier 2! Feel free to hit up our support chat at sheetxai.com or email me directly when you're ready to get started with those workflows.
