I plan to:
• Collect WhatsApp messages into Google Sheets
• Store conversation history per student
• Use AI to analyze message text (intent, sentiment, topic), summarize history, and generate suggested responses based on context
Questions:
1. Can SheetXAI analyze and provide insights across multiple columns/ranges with natural language commands?
2. Can it match/combine data between sheets without VLOOKUP/INDEX?
3. Can it process external text (e.g., video transcripts) and generate outputs like captions or summaries?
4. Any limitations on text or rows processed?

No limitations on our end. You're only limited by what Google Sheets allows (which is pretty massive).
5. Do you offer your own AI credits? Are they more cost-effective than BYOK?
Yes, we offer AI credits! Credits are charged close to MRR prices, so depending on your use case they might be higher but they very much might be lower too. The benefit of our credits is convenience - no need to set up API keys, you just use SheetXAI immediately. With BYOK, you get unlimited operations but you manage your own API accounts.
