SheetXAI could be a highlight and must-buy for me who really dislikes fiddling with formulas in Excel... . That solution actually sounds like something I always needed and didn't know it existed. That permanent struggle with formulas and functions in office applications is real.

Neither Google nor Microsoft have blocked us so far, nor do they plan to. We're working within their restrictions and are official add-ins/add-ons in their respective stores. They technically can't block us unless we breach some major rule, which we don't. We're fully compliant with their policies.
2. Legal situation and data privacy:
We have very strict data privacy rules. We keep NO identifiable data. Even more than that - we do keep your anonymized prompts, but none of the actual data or the person associated with the prompt.
For example, we might store a prompt like "move sheet 1 to sheet 2" to help train the AI to better respond to similar instructions, but we don't keep any info from sheet 1 or sheet 2, and we don't know who submitted that prompt. This training happens automated, and the prompt itself is immediately discarded within 24 hours.

3. Other software tools:
We do have and have had other software tools, but none in this specific niche because SheetXAI is a pretty comprehensive solution for spreadsheet automation. We're focused on making this the best it can be!
4. Switching between Excel and Sheets:
Yes! If you have both the Excel and Sheets versions, you can always switch between them to make changes. They're two separate add-ins.
The main thing: make sure the email assigned can be used in both.
- In Sheets: it has to be the email you're actively using in your Google account
- In Excel: the Excel account doesn't have to have that email, but when you open the app and are prompted to sign in, make sure you put that same email there
Get it? Basically, same email for both platforms, even if your Excel Microsoft account uses a different email.
