Do the users have to share the same domain? Or can the users be using any domains? Also, does the person who creates the account have to share a domain with the users? And last question, is there any way for the owner of the account to transfer account ownership to someone else if the need arises? Thank you, Lizzie

Great questions! Let me break this down:
Users do NOT have to share the same domain. Each user can have completely different email addresses from any domain. For example, you could have user1@gmail.com, user2@companyA.com, and user3@companyB.com all on the same SheetXAI account. Total flexibility there.
The person who creates the account also does NOT have to share a domain with the users. You could be admin@yourcompany.com and add team members with totally different email domains. No restrictions.
For transferring account ownership - yes, you can change the email in your LTD manager dashboard. So if you need to transfer ownership to someone else, you can update the main account email and they'll become the new owner.

Great question! NO, the owner is just the manager. they can add their email as a seat to then get LTD access though.

So if you buy Tier 2 (3 licenses), you manage the account but you're not automatically using one of those seats. You have to explicitly add your own email as one of the 3 seats if you want to use SheetXAI yourself. This gives you flexibility to manage the account without taking up a license slot.
