I currently have a system that populates Google Sheets with incoming leads. However, I lack automation for generating responses to these leads. I'm exploring solutions to streamline this process.
If I were to use your platform, could it be configured to automatically generate responses based on the specific requests of each lead? For example, some leads may express interest in ABC products, while others might be looking for EFG products. Additionally, can the system be trained to respond using my existing knowledge base?

CURRENT CAPABILITIES:
Right now, SheetXAI can absolutely generate personalized responses based on each lead's specific interests. Here's how it works:
You'd set up SAI commands that analyze each lead's request (whether they want ABC products or EFG products) and generate customized responses accordingly. You can reference cells to pull in their specific info and create personalized emails.
For example:
- Column A: Lead name
- Column B: Product interest (ABC or EFG)
- Column C: Their specific question/request
- Column D: #SAI generate personalized response for #A who is interested in #B regarding their question: #C
You can also set up custom system prompts that include your knowledge base. The workaround is to take your knowledge base content and ask ChatGPT to merge it with your system prompt, then use that in the SAI Content tab. This way the AI generates responses using your specific knowledge and voice.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:
SheetXAI will generate the responses IN the sheet, but it won't actually send the emails to your leads. You'd need to copy the generated responses and send them through your email system, or use an integration with tools like Instantly or other email automation platforms to handle the actual sending.
THE LIMITATION RIGHT NOW:
The catch is that sheets need to be open for operations to run. So when a new lead populates your Google Sheet, SheetXAI can't automatically trigger and generate the response in the background - you'd need to have the sheet open and either manually trigger the SAI commands or use custom commands when you open the sheet.
WHAT'S COMING (Q1 2026):
We're launching a Chrome extension with webhook automation and async operations. This will allow you to:
- Set up trigger-based automation (new row added = auto-generate response)
- Run operations in the background without sheets being open
- Create fully autonomous workflows
- Trigger from your phone or anywhere
This is exactly what you need for your use case, and it's coming within the next few months. But even then, it will generate responses in the sheet - you'd still need another tool to actually send the emails.
CURRENT WORKAROUND:
Until the Chrome extension launches, you could:
1. Have the sheet open and use custom commands to automatically process new leads when you open it
2. Use the bookmark feature to save your response generation prompts for quick access
3. Batch process leads - open sheet, all new leads get responses generated automatically via custom commands
4. Connect with an email automation tool to handle the actual sending
It's not fully autonomous yet, but it's still way faster than manually writing each response.
