I am genuinely very impressed with SheetXAI. It is one of those rare tools that quickly shows its value in real work, not just in demonstrations.

I have already used it for a number of very practical tasks, such as building a dashboard, loading PDFs, extracting products and prices from them, and placing that information into spreadsheets. I have also used it together with a system I built myself, where it helped automate the addition of politicians. All of this has saved me a great deal of time and effort.

What I appreciate most is that it feels truly useful. It helps with the kind of work that would otherwise be repetitive, messy, and time-consuming.

I would also really like to mention David. He has been exceptionally friendly, helpful, and dedicated. At one point I had a problem while he was driving, and he actually pulled over and fixed it for me. That kind of support is rare, and it gave me a very strong impression of both him and the product.

Overall, I think this is a very promising and genuinely valuable tool, backed by personal support that is far above what one usually experiences. I am very happy to recommend it.

I do not often leave reviews, but after more than two months using SheetsXAI, I feel it is well deserved.

The OpenRouter connection gives me seamless access to Claude’s models, while the DataForSEO integration makes querying keyword data via API straightforward and efficient. It removes friction from what used to be a manual, time-consuming process.

What stands out most is the ability to brief the add-on to carry out analysis and actions on my behalf. With clear instructions, it handles complex tasks quickly and accurately. The time saved has been significant, and it has become an essential part of my workflow.

Support helped me get up and running. SheetAI made my monthly timesheet ten times faster than usual with a very simple explanation.
Now I’m looking forward to my next Excel encounter. No matter what it is, bring it on!

After testing the tool with OpenRouter, I’ve encountered some challenges. Here are my observations:

- The integration with Google Sheets has been unstable, requiring frequent reloads to function properly. I've been using Claude Opus, which is quite expensive. Whenever the AI gets stuck executing for an hour, my request is deducted, and I lose money without the tool doing anything. I then reload and try again same issue. I checked my OpenRouter balance and have lost around $20 so far just from the tool crashing and not working.
- The Excel add-on is designed for Excel Online, which wasn’t immediately clear to me. I had assumed it would work with the desktop version of Excel, which it does not. Plus no refund so basically unusable for me now.
- The privacy permissions requested, such as email access + additional full access to my gmail, make me uncomfortable as they seem overly broad for the tool’s intended use.

I’m hoping these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience.

I am thrilled with this app. I purchased the Excel add-on and have loved this program. I have used it mostly for my sales leads spreadsheet, which has multiple tabs, and it is incredible to make changes across multiple tabs in seconds. I can't wait to see the possibilities of what this app can do for me! As an entrepreneur, being smart with my time is of primary imporance and this app is absolutely helping me with that. Highly recommend. One last note - great product support. I connected directly with David and am very impressed.
