Not sure about this tool
After testing the tool with OpenRouter, I’ve encountered some challenges. Here are my observations:
- The integration with Google Sheets has been unstable, requiring frequent reloads to function properly. I've been using Claude Opus, which is quite expensive. Whenever the AI gets stuck executing for an hour, my request is deducted, and I lose money without the tool doing anything. I then reload and try again same issue. I checked my OpenRouter balance and have lost around $20 so far just from the tool crashing and not working.
- The Excel add-on is designed for Excel Online, which wasn’t immediately clear to me. I had assumed it would work with the desktop version of Excel, which it does not. Plus no refund so basically unusable for me now.
- The privacy permissions requested, such as email access + additional full access to my gmail, make me uncomfortable as they seem overly broad for the tool’s intended use.
I’m hoping these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience.

Reply: Opus you actually recommended on Youtube for building complex dashboards. None of your previous videos I saw mentioned Qwen eitheir

Edited Feb 24, 2026Hey Wonka, thanks for the detailed feedback — really appreciate it and I'm sorry for the frustration.
Here is a raw unedited video of me creating a dashboard in Excel - https://www.loom.com/share/9781cc003ab6468daa17f23c5eff0a4a
On Excel first — the add-in actually works on both Excel desktop and Excel Online, it's not limited to Online only. Not sure what you ran into there but that shouldn't have been the case, so let's figure that out together.
On the permissions — we actually already removed the email permission. By the time you signed in it was likely already gone, and anyone signing in now won't see that request at all. It was for a mail merge feature, but we removed the feature and the permission with it. Fair feedback though and we took it seriously, which is why we removed it.
On the Opus situation — my three recommended models in the settings are GPT OSS 120B (wrongly written as Qwen in first version of this reply) (literally $0.15), GPT-4o Mini, and Claude Sonnet. Opus is nowhere in my recommendations precisely because it's one of the most expensive models in the world. If you selected Opus manually, that's going to be expensive regardless of the tool you use to access it — that's just the cost of that model.
That said, the crashing is a separate issue and not something you should be dealing with regardless of which model you're on. The platform is great but I can't predict every single scenario someone might run into — that's exactly why I'm here. If you reach out and tell me what you were trying to do, I will lock in and make it work for you.
Please DM me or email [email protected] — this kind of situation is not something I want to leave unresolved.

Please email me as soon as you can Wonka, I'd love to help figure out what went wrong so that I can fix it for you and for anyone else in the future.
