I purchased Shopiroller with intents on it replacing Shopify. I see now that even if this is possible it is a ways away. I reached out to Arif on two separate occasions with him telling me both times he would get back to me and help me migrate over. Fast forward 10+ days later and I have not heard back from him and he hasn’t even bothered to opened my message. I am going a different direction now, maby one day once Shopiroller is more established I will try it again. It’s time for a refund as empty promises are not what I purchased. This comment is to hopefully let the team know what you can improve on to better the tool. With any new software tutorials and support are a must and both are lacking here. Multiple welcome emails I have received are nothing but links to tutorials that are broken. Hope this help you guys improve. wish the outcome was different but it is what it is I see 👋🏻
