A: Yes you can do both, just go to setting and increase the 1mon and use one of out text testimonial templates to create text testimonials that are turned into animated videos
A: Yes lot, there are pop ups on the help section, the AI Bot and the support portal. It should be quite simple to work out though but let us know via support if you have any issues 😀

No could you ask Appsumo directly as we can’t do this manually unless it’s outside Appsumo. If they don’t come back with an answer we can works something out but we are unable to override the billing system. Sorry, they should be able to help you though
