In February, I know you were working on sms blast, etc, and unlike Swipe One, which focuses on CRM and automation, Show covers the entire customer journey, starting from lead acquisition with video hosting and retention through email, in-app messaging, sms, whatsapp, etc etc. This seems perfect for my businesses - real estate, credit repair, and business funding. I would love to see the ability to collect payments in the CRM, along with appointment setting, and phone dialer integration (like Kixie). Any plans to include an IVR phone in your crm?

As for features like payment collection, appointment setting, and phone dialer/IVR integration — those aren’t currently on our roadmap. Right now, we're focused on strengthening our core engagement stack.

We need more emails limit to be able to replace any of these tools. Unlimited Emails would do. Just bought the CRM from here similar pricing but with unlimited emails.

Email profiles are the number of email IDs you can add to your account. If you need more than what is included in the tier deals, you can purchase extra profiles separately.
The number of emails you can send has separate credits/limits. Please check the 'Email sends per month' details for each tier.

Email profiles refer to email domains, not individual accounts. If you have 10+ accounts under a single domain, you can use all of them without restriction. In Tier 4, when we say 5 email profiles, we mean 5 email domains. Within each domain, you can add as many email accounts as you have.
