Q: definition of Business Pro and Enterprise plans?
Managing recipient permissions is available only in Business Pro and Enterprise plans. What tier would that be? i have purchased Tier 3 - why can i not manage recipients ?

Dec 3, 2025A: Recipient permissions are included in both Tier 3 and Tier 4, as well as our Business Pro and Enterprise plans. Since you're on Tier 3, you should definitely have access to this.
When you add recipients to a document, look to the right side of their role - there’s a small “Permissions” option, looking like check-box. Clicking it will let you choose what that person can do, such as downloading the document or audit trail, receiving the completed version, adding comments, forwarding, etc.
If you don’t see the permissions panel, let me know and I can help you check what’s going on.
