Q: Does Signify have this functionality from Adobe Sign and Adobe Webform?

I want to be able to create a link to one document uploaded into my Signify account so that multiple people (completely separate clients) can click the link, access the document, and sign it. And once I'm notified that they have signed it, then I can sign it as well.

I don't want to have to create a separate link for each client. Here's an example of how my colleague is doing this via Adobe Webform: all their potential clients are provided with this exact same link and when the document is signed, my colleague is notified so they can also sign the document: https://na3.documents.adobe.com/public/esignWidget?wid=CBFCIBAA3AAABLblqZhBM5dDRXSWib9CEt5onl5zqGTIqPCTauENuOIbEANF4WlzPH6cXwbPzo350cAAZl9o*.

A: Hi there!

Yes - Signify supports a similar workflow through Self-Service Forms.
They allow you to create one reusable link for a document, share it with as many clients as you want, and each person who opens it starts their own separate signing session.

You’ll get notified every time someone completes the document, and you can sign afterwards if needed - just like with Adobe Webforms.

You can read more about how it works here:
https://signifyapp.com/en-GL/blog/Signify-forms/

If you’d like, we can also arrange a quick call and walk you through how to set it up.

Thank you for the response. What is the minimum license tier that would provide this functionality?

Also, does the number of users refer to the number of different businesses that I can use Signify for?
