Currently, Signify does not automatically convert existing fillable PDF form fields into e-sign fields in the envelope. If your PDF already has form fields, they won’t be automatically recognized and mapped as e-sign fields when you upload the document.

However, you can create reusable template with all the required e-sign fields positioned where you need them.
Once the template exists, every time you send that document for signing, the fields will already be in place automatically, so you don’t have to add them manually each time.
