Q: License Tier 2 & 3

Hi, am I understanding correctly that the key differences between License Tier 2 and 3 are:
- Number of users ( 3 vs. 6)
- Forms (none vs. 100)
- Integration (none vs. Zapier, API)
- Branding (none vs. limited)
I'm asking this because the Business plan on your website is close to Tier 2 but without most of the Business Pro plan features. So I guess Tier 2 is in-between of Business plan and Business Pro plan?

Can you give some common use cases for integration? This will help me get a better idea to decide between Tier 2 and 3. Thanks!

A: Hi! You’re correct about the differences between Tier 2 and Tier 3.
Regarding integrations (API, Zapier) in Tier 3, here are some common use cases:
Automatically sending documents from your internal tools or CRM to clients or team members.
Triggering workflows based on actions in other apps (e.g., when a new contract is created in your CRM, a Signify document is automatically sent for signature).
Collecting form submissions directly into other platforms or databases without manual export.
Updating contract status in your systems when a document is signed.
Tier 2 doesn’t include these integration features, so all sending and tracking is done manually through the platform. If you have workflows that rely on automation or connecting to other tools, Tier 3 is the better fit. If you’re unsure whether Tier 2 or Tier 3 fits your needs best, we’d be happy to help you choose.
If you’re not fully sure which tier matches your needs, we’d be happy to help you decide. We can jump on a quick call, listen to your use cases, and recommend the best option for your setup.
