Q: Number of SMS
Hi, I've just bought Tier4 and I noticed that there are only 5 SMS available for the entire account? Is this a joke? Extra SMS have to be purchased separetely... If there is no fair adjustment, it will be a refund... Thanks

Yes, we do not include SMS sending in the Lifetime deals, unfortunately. We'd love to have it included, but SMS sending costs are very different based on the country, in some countries going up to $0.7 per SMS that is crazy. On the other hand you can use "email" or "Link" sharing options without any limitation.
On the other hand, we need to make it more prominent in the offering so that it's not misleading, we'll fix this issue asap.
