Q: PCI Compliant for Credit Card Authorization Forms

Are you PCI compliant? Can this platform be used to handle credit card authorization forms? How are completed forms stored, and if I download a copy to my local drive, does that remove any remaining data from your servers?

A: Hi there, thanks for your question! Signify is not PCI DSS compliant, which means our platform should not be used to collect or process credit card information, including credit card authorization forms.

Regarding document deletion, if you delete a document from your account, we do not keep any copies on our side.

I’m interested in the answer to this, thanks!

I’m not referring to Signify processing the payment. What I’m asking about is simply the ability to include a credit‑card authorization form - essentially a document where a client can manually enter their card details and sign it, just like any standard authorization form.

In this case, the information isn’t being processed by Signify; it’s just collected in a signed document.
