App is good
Using this for B2B and B2C contracts.
The app is good; can't complain.
However, once you've uploaded the document to add markup such as "sign here", you would need to manually add it each time if original document changes.
Clearly a cheaper product than alternatives in terms of features, but it has more than enough for general signing purposes.
For the price, it's a NO-BRAINER! I did have to upgrade to mid-tier to achieve what I wanted.

Regarding the markup of signature fields: you can absolutely template the field locations on a document. If the original document changes frequently, you can keep the same process and field setup and simply upload a new document each time - it's called Process Template. If the document mostly stays the same, you don’t need to do this. You can place the fields once and, when updating the document, choose Replace instead of Delete. This way, the fields stay where they are. Additionally, if you use auto-placement by keyword, the fields will automatically align correctly even when the original file changes.
