I was using Adobe Sign but took a chance on Signify (Tier 2). It took me a bit to set up, but used their youtube videos, in app videos, and the file preview feature to set up my first template. After a few tests, I sent my first contract and experienced an error!

Thankfully, Signify emailed a notification. I updated the email - which was SUPER EASY and OBVIOUS to replace. Once the email was fixed - the contract automatically resent - and the file was signed almost immediately. Thank you Signify for making the error process sooooo easy to catch and fix!
