Q: Hi.

If I understand correctly your product works only with G Suite or Office360? Or can I use it with my "cpanel email accounts" ie user@brandx.com.

A: Hello,

You cannot use other email providers than G Suite, Office 365 or Zoho Mail within Signitic.

Q: Why do you require me to sign in to my account to unsubscribe to your emails?

This is not user-friendly at all and not compliant with GDPR, as I didn't even confirm my email. Practices like this make me instantly dislike a company.
