Q: Mixed platforms, domains and recurring campaigns?
Hi Signitic team, I’m considering Tier 3 or 4.
Before buying, I need to check how Signitic handles mixed platforms/brands. Please advise, especially Q3, as it’s a pain point:
1. Can one AppSumo tier manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Roundcube/webmail users across multiple brands/domains in one workspace? Or does each platform/tenant/workspace/domain need a separate tier/deal? Is it platform/domain agnostic within the licence count?
2. Does Roundcube/webmail support automatic deployment/updates? If not, can users manually install Signitic HTML signatures, and do they count as licenses?
3. I asked before, but need a direct answer: can campaigns recur automatically, e.g. Jan–Mar every year, or must I duplicate/create campaigns yearly? We manage multiple brands with seasonal offers, so a set-and-forget option would help.
Thanks!

Jun 5, 2026A: Hi there,
1. Multi-Tenant & Domain Management
Yes, it is platform and domain agnostic within your license count. You can connect as many different tenants and domains as you need to a single Signitic account. The only boundary you need to manage is your total available license count across the entire account.
2. Roundcube / Webmail Support & Licensing
We don't have native integration with Roundcube. You can benefir from manual HTML setup: Users can copy the HTML signature from their user profile and manually paste it into their Roundcube settings, or you can test the API to try push them automatically, this depends on Roundcube if this can work.
Licensing: every email address added to our product is counted as one license, so unique user or sharedmailbox. You can decide which users or sharmailboxes to deactivate in our app directly.
3. Recurring Seasonal Campaigns
There is currently no native recurring campaign feature that will automatically turn itself on and off every year (e.g., repeating every January–March).
For seasonal offers across your brands, you will need to pre-schedule the campaigns ahead of time or manually re-activate them each year.
I hope this helps!
Best wishes,
