jan402Q: Multiple signature variants for same user in Google Workspace — licenses needed?
Hi,
I'd like to use Signitic with Google Workspace and have 3 different signature variants for the same user and the same email address (e.g. [email protected]):
1. First contact signature (more detailed, with full intro)
2. Standard everyday signature
3. Project completion signature (e.g. with a thank-you banner or CTA)
Is this possible natively in Google Workspace/Gmail — without needing aliases?
And how many Signitic licenses does this require for 1 user?

With our Chrome Extension, you can easily deploy multiple signatures for your end-users. While you’ll need to create aliases within Signitic, there is no need to set up additional Google Workspace aliases.
The Licensing Breakdown:
For one Google Workspace user with three profiles in our app, you would require three licenses.
