Simplex is simple and flexible

Simplex is really flexible with a great UI for text analysis. Now with GoogleSheet integration, is so easy smooth to get things going.

The be team in is very responsive and open for ideas.

If you up are doing review analysis or market research of customers sentiment, then you definitely need this.

Get it before you regret it :)

A deal to keep if you need to analyse lots of data

I don't need to analyse big amounts of unstructured data very offen, but I do sometimes and I had the feeling that this solution could come handy for this.

I've just tested it and it is quite intuitive, help resources are useful and it simply works. Congrats to the team, this is a keeper for me.

Truly great potential

I really like what SimpleX is trying to do - and for the most part it is already doing a lot of things well.

The AI work is really impressive and where it doesn't quite hit the mark then it is easy to manipulate things manually. The charts and reports are excellent too - though keen to see more options with each of these going forward.

During testing I stumbled across some issues that were so basic it is hard to understand how they were present at all in live / non-beta software. I reported these though and to be fair they were fixed really quickly.

1 taco off for lack of customisation in terms of colours / branding. To be able to directly use the exported visuals/charts/reports then i would need them to be using a customisable colour palette. And for the reports it would be useful to have the option of including my logo and some metadata etc about the dataset that the report relates to.

Thanks for your feedback Mr Shaker, really useful
Further colour customization is definitely on the roadmap.
Note tough that you can already upload your logo for UI and report.
Hope it helps

Great Potential, Almost There

I purchased a full stack and I am very excited about the product!

Pros:
1) generous limits (100K records for full stack)
2) very responsive support team
3) simple interface
4) relatively easy to understand

Could be improved:
1) There is still some manual work to be done.
2) The dashboard could include more charts
3) I would love to see more use case videos

This is a 4.9 tacos for me and I think you should buy this as it has fantastic potential.

Unfortunately not enough powerful for getting adequate conclusions of comment analysis

In our context, this tool is unfortunately useless for comment analysis. Indeed, only keywords are automatically proposed by the tool, but these are devoid of context and therefore not usable.

We can put tags, but only manually. I would have thought that the tool could have learned from the tags we add on a sample of comments and then generalize on the whole analysis. After discussion with the support this doesn’t seem to be part of the tool.

Even grouping and analyzing by sentiment leads to wrong conclusions after reading the comments manually.

I went in detail through the multiple exchanges between Mr Guillaume Corriveau and our support team.
It immediately rung a bell. It really felt like this Don Mc Millan gig: https://youtu.be/KbSPPFYxx3o

Say you sell tools. On one hand you have a screwdriver and a hammer. On the other, a screw and a nail.
Now there is an unhappy guy who complains
The guy: "It does not work!!!"
