Yes. you can generate the filled documents (including flat PDF as template) using SimplyDocs.
We currently do not have anything on the lines of Data Route Merge (like Formstack-Webmerge), however, using our native plugins in the automation ecosystems (like Zapier, Pabbly Connect, Integrately) you can achieve this objective.

Q: Hi we are looking to create a timed scored quiz with sections.
Only by scoring enough in each section could you move on to the next one. With some questions having an image for the question and either multiple choice answers or an open number field for an answer. The answers would then need to be scored. So in the case of the open number field, there would be the possibility to enter up to a 3 digit number but only the answer 7 would be correct and earn the point we attributed for that question.
Would simplydocs be applicable for this do you think?

I would like certain clients to access to my documents or forms. So when my clients login, I can assign them to a particular document to track etc.
