A: Hi Dxb, currently we're not planning on adding a reseller plan. We only have custom domains and a non branded recipient experience by removing our logo and "Powered by".
Yes one custom domain right now for T3, but you surely can changed your domain. In your settings under domain, select Remove. Once it has removed, you should be able to add a new domain and verify that. But you can't do it more then once a month! Some people are changing it every week for some reason 😄. Let me know if you have issues.
I'm glittering using this as a delivery service for digital products after purchase but I would like to have some guardrails in place to help combat piracy. Question 1: Can I integrate it with an e-com site, are there any direct integrations like WooCommerce? Question 2: Can I limit the amount of downloads per link? On the assumption that the purchase creates a dynamic link specifically for that customer of a digital product, can I put it so that they only have three downloads max?
A: Hiya, TLDR; Not right now, but in the future quite possibly yes to all your questions.
1) You can expire links which will disable them from being downloaded, and reactive them by changing the expiry. Right now you cant embed the download page in to your website, but I dont see why we could not implement that 2) Right now you can limit the number of downloads, and thats a great idea, you can...
I'm wondering what upload and download speed we should roughly expect with Sinosend.
I'm on 1Gbps symmetrical fiber at my location. I did a 47.7GB upload yesterday and and it took about 3.65 hours to upload which seems to come out to about 30Mbps I was originally uploading via Firefox but that seemed even slower so I switched to Chrome and the speed seemed to improve somewhat to that 30Mbps number.
Just downloaded a 1.7GB file and took jut under 30 minutes so looks like the download speed is around 7.5Mbps.
Wondering if these are the expected speeds or if they'll improve and if so what the timeline would be?
Our origin server is located in Hong Kong so that speed sounds about correct. The closer you are to the origin server the faster the speed will likely be, there are ofcourse a lot of variables, but we've seen speeds of up to 150Mbps second upload which is hard to get even when you upload to dropbox or weTransfer. That 50GB file you sent, thats great, the main thing is it didn't drop...
Thanks Rishi! For the price it's amazing! The upload speed doesn't really both me, I'm fine letting stuff upload over night. From someone on the receiving end of the file I'd say it's probably too slow for anything over a GB, but I understand bandwidth is a reoccurring cost on your end so I don't fault you. I'm probably not your target audience. Lots of potential though, and incredible value!
Q: White Label solution for clients?
Any update regarding White Label?

Q: Change CNAME
Hello!
I know that we can only configure one custom domain, but can we change the custom domain if we change the company name for example?

Sure! I understand, I just wanted to be sure that I could "change my mind".
Q: is webhooks available?
can i connect someone who downloads my files with my esp. Ex: tag visitors who downloads a certain file as "Engaged".?

Dec 12, 2024A: I see your're a pro user! Right now no webhooks, but thats an excellant use case to trigger some other action.
What would you be connecting it to?
Do you have a backend service?
There was a similar feature request here, maybe you could add to that: https://sinosend.com/roadmap/p/webhook-features

On a side note the interface is good.
