I purchased SiteBehaviour in October and found that heatmaps weren't working. There is a a noice that "we are working on a fix for the heatmaps, expected to release in few days 🙏" above the heatmap. Support at that time confirmed the the fix would be coming soon. It's now been six months with no fix or update from support. Is a fix still on the horizon?

The Heatmaps and subdomain tracking will proceed right after this update. We are redoing the Heatmaps to be most compatible with all platforms which is causing some delays.

At the moment, we don’t have a direct import feature. However, if you are comfortable and the data is crucial to you , then you can email us the CSV file, and we’ll be happy to import it into our system for you.

Really wanted to like this product but I’m quite surprised you’re back on here. In January of this year I submit a bunch of tickets via your live chat (the same one that worked previously while your AppSumo deal was live), and never heard back. Ironically, in those messages I mentioned that I had already been waiting for weeks for any support.
Also, what new features or even updates have you rolled out since your last launch? I haven’t seen any changes in months. To me this looks like a cash flow problem. How is MRR?
Obviously, judging by other recent Sumoling reviews, I’m not the only one. Would love to be corrected on all 3 points.

How about to set up a support blog or forum on discord, then other members can help others (when you are busy) and also share solution or se your answer to a problem -that several havent findout -how to solve. Also so we all can get updates/news on the progress. This would be good, it would probably decrese the amount of e-mail with same question over and over again.
