Hi, there were many negative review on poor to no response and support. Can you elaborate what do you mean by temporary post-launch hiccup? Why are you back in AppSumo and replied to all the negative rating so late?
When we first launched on AppSumo, the response was overwhelming 🚀. We were still new in the market, and many support requests required direct attention from the developers. Our initial support setup wasn’t strong enough, and as a result, some questions were missed.
Since then, we’ve completely revamped our support system with an internal ticketing process and now...
Hi, It's hard to run SiteBehaviour as Agency. Any good solutions? Example: Company1 have 4 domains we monitor for visitor, company2 -2 domains and company3 -10 domains. We don't want all the 3 companies mixed in the same workfolder, that's not effective. Best is to have 1 work folder named after every company, so we know exacly what we monitor from them. They could only access there own info from that workspace if shared.
Problem: 1. The 7mil Views only applies to 1 workspace -it is not shared to new workspace.
When open a new workspace it's on the free tier, if we could allocate some of the 7mil to a new workspace or have a global dynamic pool of the visitor-count. Then we can buy more so we have 14mil across the entire platform. If dynamic it get the best effect of your product. Plus it adds more value and use = more sales for you.
SiteBehaviour already allows you to invite users or clients into your workspace and restrict their access to specific websites. You can even limit what they see, for example, hide replays for some users or only let them view the dashboard of a certain site.
Is this the type of setup you’re looking for, or are you asking for a different structure? I’d love to better...
Hi, Well that's all good if you are on the users side of things. I'm looking for another structure. Imagen that you have 10 clients and they all have more than 2-10 sites that we gone monitor views from. If we put them in the same workspace it would meen we need to scroll thru a lot of customer until we get to customer and those pages we want to look at (from our admin side of things).
If we can use different workspaces for different Clients, and globaly dynamic share the 7m visitor-limit across all workspaces it will be a lot better both structural and efficient.

It's hard to run SiteBehaviour as Agency. Any good solutions?
