We are an award-winning agency considering switching from SEMrush to SiteGuru. This deal looks very appealing, however we have 3 questions: - Standard packages on your site have a limit of 5000 pages per site, but on this deal it says 500? What is correct, as 500 pages is a definite deal-breaker - If we purchase multiple licenses, will we be able to manage these under one account (agency)? -...

A: Hi Roy,
Thanks for reaching out. Our monthly pricing is $49 and comes with 5000 pages. This deal is $79 for life, and comes with 500 pages. If you need more pages, you can either purchase multiple coupons, or sign up for the multiple plan.
Yes, you can manage multiple licenses under one account.
This deal has 80% of our features, and does not include whitelabel reports, search topic, Google...
Thanks for your prompt response. Makes sense, as most companies really does not need 5000 pages (apart for a few international ecommerce companies in our portfolio). Sound like a very fair price, and something for my team to test. Just to clarify; the USD29/month includes all the additional functionality that is not included in the lifetime-deal?
Q: What features are unavailable in the AppSumo deal?
Are all the features included in the AppSumo deal? WIll all future features be included in the AS deal? E.g. AI visibility, backlinks, etc.? Are there any limitations in the AS deal vs subscription plan via your website?

A: Hi there, the LTD does not come with backlinks, search topics, whitelabel and Google indexation monitoring. Everything else is included.
Regarding future features, that depends: if we incur high ongoing costs (such as for purchasing backlink data), they won't be included as we would have a viable business model. Otherwise, it's included.

Hey Roy, sounds good, feel free to give our free trial for a spin!
You're right, all the additional functionality that is not included in the lifetime-deal is in the $29/month add-on.
Q: Keyword rankings
Can I track keyword rankings and is it only for the 500 pages I select or for the whole site?
Rick_SiteGuru
Jan 22, 2026A: Keywords are tracked for the entire site, not just the 500 pages.

Q: How does it track the AI traffic whereas GA can’t be provide the same?
Rick_SiteGuru
Jan 19, 2026A: We're using the source/medium data from Google Analytics. That way we can identify traffic coming from one of the AI tools.

Q: Limits for each site?
If I purchase 2 codes, does that give me 1,000 pages per website?
Rick_SiteGuru
Jan 12, 2026A: That would be 2 sites with 500 pages each, or one site with 1000 pages.
